When completing rides with HopSkipDrive, always follow the requirements for booster seats indicated in the app. Booster seat requirements are set by ride organizers based on the needs of the Rider.
If you ever encounter a Rider who you believe should be in a booster seat but who does not have a booster seat requirement indicated in the app, contact HopSkipDrive support at 844-HOP-SKIP (467-7547) before transporting the Rider.HopSkipDrive will work with the ride organizer to ensure that the Rider's safety settings are set appropriately for their needs.
