Why did I receive this message?
You'll receive a message when our system detects that your vehicle is not at the pickup or drop-off location and has been stopped longer than would be normal for a stoplight or traffic backup.
What do I do when I receive this message?
Unauthorized stops during a ride are not permitted. If you receive this message, start driving again as soon as possible. If you are stopped due to an incident or concern, please contact HopSkipDrive support for assistance.
