For riders who require additional support, Ride Organizers have the option to include a Rider Assistant on rides. Rider Assistants are vetted adult aides who can provide one-on-one support during the ride. As a caregiver, you do not need to take any additional steps. If you wish to add or remove this service for your rider, please contact the Ride Organizer who schedules your rides.
