When attempting to call a Rider, Caregiver, or Ride Organizer through the CareDriver app, you may hear the following message:
Unable to connect call. We are sorry, but communications are only available for your current ride. Please contact Safe Ride Support if you need assistance.
You will hear this message when you attempt to contact someone after your current ride is over. For safety reasons, HopSkipDrive users can only contact each other during an active ride.
