Some riders have specific instructions for pickup or drop-off at specific locations. For example, some students may be released from a different door than others at the end of the day.
When a rider has location-specific instructions like these, they are listed under the rider notes, separate from the main location instructions at the top of the screen.
Make sure you scroll down when picking up and dropping off Riders to check for any rider-specific notes. If the rider-specific location notes contradict the main location instruction notes at the top of the screen, follow the rider-specific notes.
