In order to reach the CareDriver Rewards Gold or Elite tiers, you must maintain an average CareDriver Trends rating of Good or better during the relevant three-month period.

How is the average Trends rating calculated?
We use a weighted average to calculate the average ratings. The average is based on your ratings per ride, not per week. This means that your ratings for weeks where you complete a lot of rides will make more of an impact on your average rating than weeks where you did not complete many rides.
Specifically, we use the formula below, using a numerical representation of your Trends rating :
Weekly Trend rating x number trips that week = weekly average Sum of weekly averages/total trips = average Trends rating
How can I tell whether my average Trends rating is Good or better?
To check whether you are currently averaging Good or better, navigate to CareDriver Trends. Tap Want to reach Gold/Elite? to see whether you have met the requirements for the next tier.
A green check mark means you are currently meeting the required average Trends rating.
