CareDriver Rewards is a program designed to acknowledge your hard work with perks. Each three-month Rewards period, you'll earn a Rewards tier based on the points you earn by completing rides and your CareDriver Trends rating.

You can track your points in the app. Below you'll find answers to common questions about points and Rewards tiers:
The app shows I earned enough points for Gold but it still says my tier is Standard
As you earn points, you may see a situation like the one below:

This is because your current Rewards tier is based on your points from the previous three-month period. When you meet the requirements for the next tier, you'll see that take effect at the start of the next three-month period.
I earned enough points last period to reach Gold or Elite, but the app still says my tier is Standard
In order to reach the Gold or Elite tier, you must earn number of points listed in the app and maintain an average CareDriver Trends rating of Good or better for the three-month period. If your average Trends rating was below Good, you will not be eligible for Gold or Elite.
