Twin Rivers Unified School District requires CareDrivers to complete additional steps before they can begin driving with the district. If you are interested in obtaining the Twin Rivers AQ, submit this form.
Our team will reach out to provide additional instructions about how to complete the requirements. You can review a general overview of the requirements below.
Step 1: Contractor Application
Complete and submit a Contractor Application to the district's transportation team. The application will include:
- A current negative TB (tuberculosis) test result
- A valid state-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
Missing or incomplete information may delay processing.
Step 2: Fingerprinting (Live Scan)
Next, you will schedule a fingerprinting appointment with our partner, Certifix. This is at no additional cost to you.
Step 3: ID Badge
Once you clear the background check, the district will email you a link to upload a photo for your contractor ID badge.
