If your rider's rides are managed by a school district or other organization, you may receive notifications that your Rider's ride or Ride Series have been updated. These changes may occur for various reasons, including:
- A change in the school schedule.
- Adding or removing another Rider who shares the ride. Learn more about multi-stop rides here.
If you have questions or concerns about these changes, please contact the organization that manages your rides.
While a ride is in progress, you will also receive messages when:
- The CareDriver is running late
- Your rider was not at the pickup location
