During a ride, you may receive the following message:
HopSkipDrive: Did you drop off your Rider(s)? Don’t forget to update the app! Please contact support if you need help.
You'll receive this message if you've arrived at the drop-off location and started to drive away without marking the drop-off in the app. We send this message as reminder to tap Confirm drop-off once you've safely dropped off a Rider.
