When the organization scheduling your child's rides adds you as a caregiver, you'll receive a text message with an invitation to monitor rides in the caregiver app. After you have downloaded the caregiver app, follow the instructions in this article to accept the invitation and set up your account: Setting Up Your HopSkipDrive Caregiver Account.
The invitation to monitor can be found on the Riders page in the app. From the side menu, tap Profile, then tap Riders. You'll see any pending invitations listed.

What to do if you don't see an invitation
If you do not see an invitation to monitor your Rider, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Your account phone number does not match. The phone number associated with your HopSkipDrive account must match the phone number the organization used to invite you to monitor rides.
