If your vehicle breaks down or you have car trouble while you are performing a ride, do the following:
- Safely pull over to the side of the road.
- Make sure all Riders inside the vehicle are safe and away from any immediate danger.
- Call our Safe Ride Support team immediately at 844-HOP-SKIP.
- After speaking with our team, contact your preferred roadside assistance service provider.
- Our Safe Ride Support team will contact the Ride Organizer to make them aware of the issue and will get another CareDriver to the location to pick up the Rider and continue with the scheduled ride.
When contacting roadside assistance, you must wait at the location until the Rider has been picked up by a new CareDriver. Riders are not permitted to accompany you to a repair facility or be transported by someone other than a certified CareDriver.
