HopSkipDrive is not able to facilitate a meeting with the CareDriver before the ride.
When a CareDriver is matched with a scheduled ride, you can see your CareDriver’s profile in the app. The CareDriver’s profile includes their photo, a photo of their car, their qualifications, and a brief biography. CareDrivers are also background checked, fingerprinted, and required to have at least five years of caregiving experience.
