Per our Terms of Use, if your rider damages a CareDriver’s car, Ride Organizers will be responsible for the cleaning fee. A spot clean fee is $50 and a full detailing is $100. After the Community Support team has reviewed the damage and approved the cleaning charge, you will be notified via email of the damage including at least one image of the damage and the amount you will be charged.
