To ensure platform safety, CareDrivers may not operate a vehicle when their ability to operate that vehicle is impaired through illness, fatigue, or any other condition that would likely cause the unsafe operation of the personal vehicle.
CareDrivers are not to operate a vehicle if they have consumed alcohol within 4 hours of accessing the HopSkipDrive app, or if they are otherwise under the influence (or in possession) of alcohol or drugs while using the HopSkipDrive Platform.
Driving Hours
CareDrivers may not exceed more than 10 consecutive hours of providing services on the HopSkipDrive Platform.
