Primary CareDriver + Program (or “PCD + Program”) Terms and Conditions
- The PCD + Program is not a promise or guarantee of future earnings.
- Participation in the PCD + Program is limited. Eligible CareDrivers must follow the sign-up instructions provided and receive confirmation of successful sign-up to participate. Space is limited.
- The term of each PCD + Program shall be clearly identified in the sign-up instructions (“PCD + Program Term”). Only Rides completed during a PCD + Program Term are eligible for the PCD + Program. Full and partially-paid canceled rides count toward the PCD + Pilot Program as a “completed Ride” provided the CareDriver remains in Primary CareDriver status.
- Rides completed by an eligible CareDriver and individually canceled Rides by the Ride Organizer shall count towards a PCD + Program provided the Ride Organizer does not cancel the entire Ride Series and the CareDriver remains in Primary CareDriver status. If a Ride Organizer cancels the eligible Ride Series before the conclusion of the Program Term, the CareDriver will receive the additional bonus per Ride completed on the eligible Ride Series through the time of the Ride Organizer’s cancellation provided that the CareDriver is still the Primary CareDriver on that eligible Ride Series at the time of cancellation.
- For purposes of a PCD + Program, to maintain Primary CareDriver status, you must claim and complete 80% of Rides for the eligible Ride Series each week. If you do not claim and complete 80% of the Rides on the series for two consecutive weeks, you will lose Primary CareDriver status and be removed from the eligible Ride Series.
- HopSkipDrive does not guarantee the availability of an eligible Ride Series.
- CareDrivers participating in a PCD + Program may earn an additional bonus per Ride for each Ride completed in an eligible Ride Series during the Program Term.
- Unless otherwise indicated, the maximum additional earnings available under a PCD + Program during the Program Term shall be outlined in the PCD + Program Terms.
- Eligible Ride Series that qualify for a PCD + Program are found under the “Primary CareDriver” Program on the “Go to Available Rides” page.
- CareDrivers participating in a PCD + Program may participate in other available Programs.
- PCD + Program eligibility and approval is determined at the sole discretion of HopSkipDrive. Programs run for a limited time and program terms may be changed, altered, or halted at any time at HopSkipDrive’s discretion.
- Eligibility for activation or reactivation of a CareDriver account is not guaranteed.
- Participation in the PCD + Program is subject to the HopSkipDrive Terms of Use. The PCD + Program shall be defined as a Promotion for purposes of HopSkipDrive’s Terms of Use and any other purposes. HopSkipDrive reserves the right to deny participation in this program in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.
- PCD + Program terms may vary, and may be changed at HopSkipDrive’s discretion. For example, your PCD + Program terms and reward amount may be different depending on location.
- PCD + Program information may be communicated by text, email, in-app, or push notification, at HopSkipDrive’s discretion.
- For purposes of the PCD + Program, a “week” is defined as Monday at 12:00am through Sunday at 11:59pm.
- Unless otherwise specified, if payment is owed pursuant to the PCD + Program, the payment will appear on the CareDriver invoice received two (2) weeks after the week in which the CareDriver is determined to have met the eligibility criteria.
- CareDrivers are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the PCD + Program earnings.
- HopSkipDrive may update the PCD + Program at any time. Continued participation in the program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update.
