If a rider left a personal item in your vehicle, please contact HopSkipDrive as soon as possible at support@hopskipdrive.com or (844) 467-7547). While we do sincerely hope riders are able to get their item back soon, neither HopSkipDrive nor drivers are responsible for any items left in a vehicle after a trip ends or any damage to items that may occur during a ride.
Similarly, CareDrivers are encouraged to remove personal items from areas of their vehicle that may be accessible to riders. If you believe a personal item has been removed from your vehicle by a rider, please contact HopSkipDrive at driversupport@hopskipdrive.com or (844) 467-7547. HopSkipDrive cannot guarantee the return or reimbursement of any such items. Neither HopSkipDrive nor Ride Organizers are responsible for items alleged to have been removed from the vehicle by riders.
