If it’s not a medical emergency and you need to administer first aid to a rider, please refer to the attached guide from Red Cross as a resource.
You are also welcome to provide Band-Aids at your discretion, but please refrain from giving any first aid that would violate our physical contact policy unless it is an extraordinary circumstance or can't be avoided for the rider's safety. After you've handled the situation, please call HopSkipDrive at 844-HOP-SKIP.
