Before you start driving, review the steps involved in the ride process. Click on any step to see detailed instructions.

  1. Before You Begin a Ride: Make sure you and your vehicle are ready to drive.
     
  2. Checking in For a Ride: Let us know you're ready to go.
     
  3. Driving to Pick Up a Rider: Navigate to the pickup location.
     
  4. Picking Up a Rider: Locate the rider and confirm their identity.
     
  5. Driving to Drop Off a Rider: Navigate to the drop-off location. 
     
  6. Dropping Off a Rider: Deliver the rider safely to their destination.
