Riders with a phone number on their profiles have access to a dedicated rider support line during every ride. If a rider has questions or concerns at any point during a ride they can text or call HopSkipDrive support for assistance.
What is the rider support line phone number?
When the CareDriver is on the way, riders receive a text with the dedicated rider support line phone number. They can call the listed number or respond via text message to contact support.

How quickly will HopSkipDrive support respond if a rider texts or calls?
Calls or texts from riders who are on an active ride are routed with high priority to ensure a prompt response.
