Consistent with California Proposition 22, California CareDrivers may be eligible for a quarterly healthcare subsidy consistent with the California Supplemental Pricing and Payment Terms.
In order to receive the healthcare subsidy, CareDrivers must submit proof of current enrollment in a qualifying health plan. CareDrivers who are on track to qualify for the quarterly healthcare subsidy will receive an email within the first week after the end of each quarter, requesting the CareDriver to provide proof of enrollment through this form.
CareDrivers who submit proof of enrollment and meet requirements for engaged time will receive the healthcare subsidy payment within 15 days of the end of the calendar quarter or within 15 days of the CareDriver’s submission of proof of enrollment, whichever is later.
A calendar quarter refers to the following four periods of time:
- January 1 through March 31
- April 1 through June 30
- July 1 through September 30
- October 1 through December 31
