In 2022, the Colorado State Legislature passed a bill clarifying the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) as the regulator for HopSkipDrive. This new legislation opened up a regulatory process in which the PUC is adopting new regulations for TNC drivers providing services to students.
These new regulations now require that all Colorado CareDrivers complete CPR/First Aid training and pass a TNC medical examination.

Complete CPR/First Aid Training:
