If one or more of your required documents expires, your CareDriver account will be temporarily paused. To recertify your account so you can claim and complete rides again, check the CareDriver app for the required documents.
Once you have uploaded the documents, HopSkipDrive will review them. Once your documents are submitted and approved, HopSkipDrive may need to re-run some required reports and it may take some additional time to receive the results.
If all your documents have a status of approved, no additional action is required. You will receive a notification once the reports are approved or if HopSkipDrive requires any additional information from you.
