Background Check

HopSkipDrive receives background check results in three to seven business days. This can take longer in some areas.
Fingerprinting Go to an approved fingerprinting location to be fingerprinted Expect to wait up to eight weeks for fingerprints to be processed.
Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Attestation The form takes less then 5 minutes to complete.
First Aid Training
Complete and pass the First Aid course and submit your certificate to HopSkipDrive
Submit this form to request a credit for the cost once you are certified as a CareDriver and complete your first ride
HopSkipDrive will review your First Aid certificate within one business day .
Vehicle Inspection Bring your vehicle to a mechanic for the inspection HopSkipDrive reviews vehicle inspections in one business day.
Headshot Take a picture of yourself for your CareDriver profile HopSkipDrive reviews and approves headshots within one business day .
Drug Testing Complete the drug test shipped to your home address HopSkipDrive receives results the same day as the at-home appointment.
Medical Exam Complete a DOT medical exam with Carbon Health HopSkipDrive reviews medical exam certificates within one business day .
TB Test Complete and pass a TB risk assessment and/or TB test with Carbon Health. HopSkipDrive reviews submitted results within one business day .
Virtual Orientation Course Complete HopSkipDrive's Virtual Orientation Course Expect the course to take 45-60 minutes to complete.
Final Profile Review HopSkipDrive will complete the final profile review within two business days .
