Background Check

Sign consent form
HopSkipDrive will receive background check results in three to seven business days. This can take longer in some areas
Fingerprinting
Go to an approved fingerprinting location to be fingerprinted
Submit this form to request a credit for the cost
Expect to wait two to four weeks for fingerprints to be processed
Child Abuse and Neglect Records Search (CANS) Results will be available to HopSkipDrive in 2-4 weeks
Vehicle Inspection Bring your vehicle to a mechanic for the inspection HopSkipDrive reviews vehicle inspections in one business day
Headshot Take a picture of yourself for your CareDriver profile HopSkipDrive reviews and approves headshots within one business day
Virtual Orientation Course Complete the HopSkipDrive Virtual Orientation course Expect the course to take 45-60 minutes to complete.
Final Profile Review HopSkipDrive will complete the final profile review within two business days .
