I Am Not Receiving Text Messages from HopSkipDrive

As a CareDriver, you will receive text messages with information about ride changes and cancellations, as well as texts from Caregivers, Ride Organizers, or riders if needed. 

If you have recently switched phone carriers, you may not receive text messages from HopSkipDrive for several days, even if your phone number did not change. We are working to resolve this issue, but CareDrivers can currently expect to start receiving messages again within one or two days. 

If you have not switched carriers recently or it has been more than three days and you are still not receiving text messages, please contact CareDriver support for assistance.
