Once you've tapped I Can't Find the Rider, you'll see a set of steps to follow and a countdown timer at the top of the screen.
The timer is counting down the required wait time. This time is set by the Ride Organizer to make sure riders are not left behind if they are delayed or there is confusion about the pickup.
