Yes, it is possible to reapply to be a CareDriver.
-
If you started the application process but did not finish it, you can log back in to the HopSkipDrive app to pick up where you left off. Follow the instructions in the app to resume your application.
If it has been more than 90 days since you last completed an application step, you will start your application over.
-
If you previously applied to be a CareDriver and were rejected, you can reapply after 90 days if you have taken steps to address the rejection reason. This could include changes like:
- Purchasing a new vehicle that meets the requirements
- Obtaining a driver's license for the state you'll be driving in (where required)
- Turning 21 years old
If you choose to reapply after being rejected, there is no guarantee that you will become certified as a CareDriver.
If it has been less than 90 days since you were rejected and you believe you are now eligible, please email applicant@hopskipdrive.com with documentation showing your eligibility.
