Passenger phone number error

If you see the following error when updating a rider:
 
> Your rider's phone number has already been taken. Please go back and change it or leave the field blank to proceed.
 
That particular error will pop up if there is _any_ organizer in the system with the same phone number as the passenger. To verify, you can search for the passenger's phone number in the organizer listing page: https://admin.hopskipdrive.com/organizers
 
Here is what you can do:
 
1. Update the passenger's phone number to be blank; save.
2. Make the updates that you originally wanted to make to the passenger.
3. Add back the phone number.
4. Follow up as you deem necessary with the organizer of the account to update the passenger's phone number, since passengers are not supposed to have the same phone number as an organizer.
