Each Monday you will receive a weekly summary of your earnings for rides you completed the previous Monday through Sunday period. This summary will provide the final fare for each ride and any additional fees you receive. These fees may include reimbursement for tolls, parking, non-referral based incentives and bonuses, and manual ride fare adjustments.
If you referred a new CareDriver or family, you will be paid via Stripe (our payment processor) at the beginning of each month for referral redemptions the month prior. For example, if a CareDriver referred a new family that completed their first ride in April, that CareDriver will receive payment for this referral the first week of May. Same with CareDriver referrals, if a CareDriver you referred was activated as a CareDriver during the month of April, you'll receive payment for this referral the first week of May.
