How do I tell HopSkipDrive support that a rider didn’t show?

In your app, you will be notified that you should wait up to five minutes after the scheduled pickup time to see if the rider arrives. If they do not, please select “Not Riding Today” when you’re checking your riders into your app.  Selecting this option will tell the support team the rider is not there and will not be on the ride. No need to call in!
