Does my child need a mobile phone or a smartphone?

Your child does not need to have a phone. If they do have a mobile phone, you can add their number to their rider information so they will receive information about their CareDriver on the day of their ride. This also allows CareDrivers to contact your rider during the time of their ride using a masked number for privacy in the event they need assistance locating one another.
