What is the emergency contact plan if there is an earthquake or tornado that prevents my child from being picked up?

We have a live customer support representative available at all times that a child is in transit. If a parent has any concerns or questions during the ride, they can call 844-HOP-SKIP to speak to our parent support team. If a CareDriver experiences any trouble while on the road with a child, they are instructed to pull over and call our driver support team or emergency services. In addition to live support, HopSkipDrive always has drivers who are on-call to pick up children in the event the original driver has been delayed.
