Why was I added to the waitlist when you operate in my area?

We want to make sure we can be a dependable solution for families using HopSkipDrive. In areas where we have had challenges identifying CareDrivers to accept rides, we place new users on a waitlist until we have enough safe, reliable CareDrivers in the area to support you. If you are on the waitlist, we will notify you as soon as you can start scheduling rides. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand our commitment to putting safety first.
