Getting Set Up
February 29 2024 5:11pmCongratulations on being certified as a CareDriver! There are just a few things to do to get set up and ready to claim rides.

Step 1: Download the CareDriver App
Make sure you are downloading the orange CareDriver app.
- Android: Google Play store
- iPhone:App Store
Note: You will not be able to access the CareDriver app until you have been certified as a CareDriver. You can learn more about the certification process here. |
Step 2: Create your CareDriver account
- Open the CareDriver app and tap Sign in.
- Enter the email address you used to apply to HopSkipDrive.
- Create a new password for your account.
Step 3: Set up direct deposit
Follow these steps to set up direct deposit. You must set up direct deposit in order to be paid for your rides.
Step 4: Print a copy of the HopSkipDrive insurance certificate
In addition to your own insurance coverage, we recommend keeping a copy of the HopSkipDrive insurance certificate in your vehicle.

Step 5: Add 844-467-7547 to your phone's contact list
You may need to contact support during a ride, or you may receive a call or text from HopSkipDrive support. Please add 844-467-7547 to your contacts.
iPhone users: some iOS devices send calls from unknown numbers straight to voicemail. You'll want to disable this feature on your phone so you're able to receive calls from our Safe Ride Support team regarding your rides.
